WHO AM I

As a business leader, entrepreneur, and sales performance specialist, I have spent more than 25 years helping organisations improve growth, strengthen operational performance, and implement practical business and sales systems. My experience spans both for-profit and non-profit sectors, including founding and leading my own businesses.

Through HEZA, I work with travel businesses to improve sales performance, increase conversion rates, and create more structured, scalable approaches to revenue growth. My background includes strategic planning, leadership development, workshop facilitation, sales optimisation, and team management across a wide range of organisations and international networks.

Based in Cape Town, I am also a qualified zoologist and dive instructor, combining a passion for people, travel, conservation, and adventure.As an entrepreneur and company Director, I have helped to design and implement numerous strategic processes. Having worked with a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations as well as starting my own entities, I am intimately acquainted with the pain points faced throughout the lifecycle of an organization. I have significant experience managing teams, developing and implementing strategic plans and love to network.
